How we conduct your business move:

Step 1Technical Diagnosis and Inspection

The process begins with a detailed technical diagnosis, carried out through an inspection at the origin location. This stage is fundamental to identify the particularities of the space, evaluate physical conditions, access, structures, and possible logistical challenges. With this information, it's possible to understand the client's specific needs and prepare an adequate plan for the move.

Step 2Logistics Planning

Based on the diagnosis, we develop a detailed logistics plan that considers all aspects of the operation. This planning aims to optimize the schedule to ensure business continuity during the transition, in addition to organizing necessary human and material resources. Routes and schedules are also defined to minimize impacts and risks.

Step 3Specialized Packaging

In this phase, items are packed with specific materials and appropriate techniques for each type of object, ensuring total protection. Fragile or technological items receive even greater care. After packaging, loading is done in an organized and careful manner, respecting the planned sequence and layout to facilitate unloading and installation at the destination.

Step 4Monitored Transport

The transport of goods is carried out with appropriate and secure vehicles, which are monitored throughout the journey. This monitoring ensures cargo security and allows real-time control of the operation, enabling quick responses in case of unforeseen events. The management of this process ensures that items arrive at the destination in ideal conditions and within the expected timeframe.

Step 5Post-move and Final Check

After transport and unloading, the phase of reassembly and installation of furniture and equipment begins, including reconnection of IT and telephony systems. Finally, we conduct a final check with the client, remove packaging materials, and deliver a complete operation report, including recommendations for future moves.
