Initial Consultation
We assess your pet's profile, destination and timeframe. We advise on all health and documentation requirements of the destination country.
Sanitary Preparation
We schedule vaccinations, microchip, blood titre test (serology), and all necessary examinations with our accredited partner veterinarians.
Documentation
We issue CVI and all documentation with MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply). We take care of every detail to avoid problems at customs.
Safe Trip
We reserve the flight, advise on the appropriate transport crate and accompany your pet until boarding. Real-time tracking.
Monitoring and Delivery
Monitoring after boarding and upon arrival at the destination. When necessary, clearance at destination and delivery to the pet owner's residence.
Peace of Mind Checklist
We take care of all the bureaucracy so you only need to worry about enjoying the trip with your pet.
Vaccinations Up to Date
Analysis, guidance and support in regularizing the vaccines required by the destination country, including rabies and mandatory timeframes.
Serology test
Scheduling, collection and monitoring of the test at an accredited laboratory, according to the destination's requirements and timeframes.
ISO microchip
Implementation and validation of the microchip according to ISO 11784/11785, in line with international requirements.
Complete Documentation
Issuance and management of all documentation, including CVI, health certificate, import permit and the requirements of MAPA and the destination country.
IATA Standard Transport Box
Provision, validation and adaptation of the crate/carrier to IATA standards, ensuring compliance and safety during shipment.
Flight Reservation
Full management of the booking with the airline, in accordance with cabin or live animal cargo rules, including pet approval.
