How the service works
Follow the steps of your journey with your pet.
- Understanding of destination, dates, and type of travel (with or without the owner).
- Assessment of size, temperament, age, and health conditions of the animal.
- Definition of the best modality: cabin, hold, live cargo, or with companion (holder).
- Veterinary consultation for general assessment.
- Update of mandatory vaccines (such as rabies, V10, V8, among others).
- Specific exams for some international destinations (e.g., rabies serology, laboratory exams).
- Microchip placement if necessary (mandatory in many countries).
- Issuance of veterinary health certificate.
- Health certificate issued according to deadline.
- Updated vaccination card, considering required vaccines.
- Issuance of GTA (Animal Transit Guide) when required.
- Documentation required by the destination country (varies by country).
- Veterinary exams and procedures.
- Sworn translations, international certificates, and others as needed.
- Issuance of CVI (International Veterinary Certificate) with MAPA.
- Import authorization issuance
- Scheduling and preparation of quarantine, when required.
- Choice of airline and definition of modality (cabin, hold, or live cargo).

- Route planning, connections, and total flight time (considering animal welfare).
- Selection and approval of transport crate (kennel) according to IATA rules.
- Ground transportation planning (if necessary) before or after the flight.
- Guidance on how to calm the pet (avoiding sedation without veterinary recommendation).
- Early arrival at the airport.
- Documentation check at check-in (international with MAPA inspection).
- Adequate feeding and hydration before boarding.
- Arrival monitoring: we monitor the flight until landing and coordinate with the airline/cargo terminal for pet pickup (cabin, hold, or live cargo/holder).
- Inspections & checks: we accompany the sanitary and documentary check with local authority and customs, including kennel inspection when required.
- Clearance & fees: we conduct the release/import when applicable, settle airport/handling/storage fees and issue necessary receipts.
- Pickup & delivery: we perform safe pickup at the terminal/facility and deliver door to door to the final address (when contracted), with integrity and comfort check of the pet.
- Post-arrival & support: guidance for the first 24h, support with eventual pending issues (veterinarian/quarantine, if required) and final confirmation with photographic record.
- Door to door transportation.
- Travel with holder (company companion).
- Temporary pet accommodation (before or after the trip).
