I started the whole process before the day of the move, almost a month before. Since the very beginning I talked to Tatiana and I always got accurate and quick answers. I was impressed with the level of the conversation I could have. I felt that the conversation was natural. When I decided what day I was going to move and my visa got approved, I received all the information that I needed in a smooth way. I think that everything was clear in terms of the next steps, what was expected from me and what was expected from One Moving as well. On the day of the move the people who were going to pack the things up were very professional. They arrived on time, respected the other apartments and packed up everything quickly. My biggest concern was my computer and its screen. I was really glad to see that they handled my things carefully. After the move I kept sending e-mails to Tatiana and Marcos. I received the contacts of the company which was going to deliver my goods in Cambridge and I also talked to them. The delievery in Cambridge was fine and it was faster than I expected. It was a little bit more than the 30 days door-to-door that were planned, but in the end it helped because it matched perfectly with the day I rented a house here. All the pieces were intact when they took them from the boxes and I was really impressed with the wooden box that protected the computer screen. The deliverymen also assembled everything that had been disassembled (table, bookshelf) and all the screws were there. It is amazing, isn’t it?! LOL I was really satisfied with One Moving. They took any frustration or stress that I thought I was going to have with this move. It was a breeze! Thank you very much for everything, you can be sure I will recommend to anyone who moves from Brazil
